The Souris Valley Animal Shelter Addition & Renovation - Minot, ND
The Souris Valley Animal Shelter Addition & Renovation project in Minot was a full interior remodel of the existing facility consisting of approximately 5,300 square feet of floor area. Hight Construction acted as the Prime Contractor for this $2.7 Million project.
Minot Drivers License Site - Minot, ND
The Minot Drivers License Site project was a new 2,700 square foot building completed in December 2020. Hight Construction acted as the Prime Contractor for this $1 Million project.
The Minot Family YMCA - Minot, ND
The Minot Family YMCA was a 37,651 sf expansion and renovation that started in May of 2007 and was completed by May 2008. Hight Construction added a new gymnasium with a rock climbing wall feature, expansion of suspended running track, children’s daycare rooms, two racquetball courts, and new men and women’s locker rooms and spas.
Ryan GMC Dealership - Minot, ND
In 2012, Hight Construction renovated a 27,000 sf existing building into the Ryan GMC, Buick, and Cadillac dealership. We acted as the General Contractor for a total cost of $3.3 Million.
Tires Only - Minot, ND
Hight Construction acted as Construction Manager at Risk for Tires Only, a tire distribution facility, completed August 2017. This $6.5 Million project consisted of a new 63,000 sf building which was a mix of pre-engineered steel and conventional steel. It has a wall height of 36’ with a second level mezzanine for storage and mechanical systems. The building is also elevated for ease of truck loading and unloading.
The Pursuit Minot Renovations - Minot, ND
The Pursuit Minot, a relatively new church in Minot, is living in the old Harley Davidson dealership as of February 2018. For this project, we acted as the Construction Manager at Risk renovating the 20,000 sf existing space and added 2,700 sf of new construction. The space includes a gathering area, admin offices, daycare and child care space for a cost of $1.8 Million.
37th Ave Strip Mall - Minot, ND
The 37th Ave Strip Mall, owned by Dr. Jaime Haaland and Darin Scherr, was a Design-Build project in 2017 located on 37th Avenue in Minot. For this project, we acted as the Architect and General Contractor building 8,000 sf of new construction. The finished product includes five office/retail spaces for a total project cost of $1 Million.
The Willows 40-Unit Townhome Project - Burlington, ND
Hight Construction built this 40-unit town home project in August of 2016. The construction of the building was conventional wood framed construction. Hight Construction acted as the Prime Contractor for this 14-month project and completed it for a total project cost of $6.3 Million.
1 Stop Market Overbuild & Addition - Belcourt, ND
The 1 Stop Market Overbuild & Addition project in Belcourt consisted of a 20,000 sq foot challenging structural steel over-frame of an existing building, new exterior finishes, 2000 sq foot building addition and correction of the failing roof structure. The business stayed fully operational throughout the $1.7 Million project.
902 Jarad St - Stanley, ND
The United States Postal Service is now leasing a new property in Stanley, ND. This 5,800 sf building was a New Build constructed in 2017 by Hight Construction. For this two-part project, we acted as the General Contractor building 5,800 sf of new construction that included a shell and build-out for a total project cost of $2.5 Million.
John Hoeven Elementary School - Minot, ND
John Hoeven Elementary School was a 81,000 sf New Build project completed in the summer of 2017 in southwest Minot. For this project, we acted as a subcontractor under Kraus-Anderson Construction Company and held a contract of $2.8 Million.
